OASI helps you to learn more about the organisational capabilities and the individual competences in your enterprise.
OASI addresses entrepreneurs and managers with a questionnaire for self and comparative analyses. The results help to understand training needs, to facilitate internal discussion and the exchange of opinions and views between entrepreneurs and managers.
Both analyses consider the company strategy at present and in the future.
After having applied OASI you will have access to valuable information on where your company may benefit from training.
OASI follows the DIRECTIVE 2002/58/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL which concerns the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.
OASI puts a focus on two dimensions: time and organisation. While the time focus contemplates the status quo and compares it to future conditions (i.e. in 2 - 3 years), the organisational dimension refers to three levels: individual competences, organisational capabilities and company strategy.
The result will be three reports providing
- a summary of the status quo evaluation,
- a confrontation of the currently observed strategies and competences with those being relevant in the future,
- a comparison of the managers' and the entrepreneur's evaluation.
The flow of OASI will guide you through all parts of the analysis automatically.
